By LIZ SAGANAUSIC-FAIRFAX,AP News reporterA teenage girl in Texas said her favorite crays are now a black-and-white one that’s actually a sexed version of the cray.
The 15-year-old girl, who asked not to be named, said she’s been getting a lot of requests from girls for her favorite black- and-white cray and it’s now her favorite.
The girl said her friends are all wearing the crays in class, but she doesn’t think the girls really understand what they’re talking about.
The black crays, made with a combination of cream and sugar, have become popular in recent years.
It was the first color to be approved by the FDA, but its popularity has grown in recent months after the Food and Drug Administration said that there is no evidence that it’s a health risk.
A spokeswoman for the FDA said in a statement the agency “is aware of the recent popularity of these colored crayons, and we will closely monitor their continued availability and safety.”
